[GreenKeys] Changing speeds on a Lorenz Lo-15b

Things are progressing nicely.
The big question when I started on this was whether or not I could get
a divide by n counter to work at the rates I need.
The breadboard with the thumb wheel switches solved that problem.
The next breadboard is the actual electronic version of the centrifugal
switch to determine too high or too low motor RPM.

As we say on another mailing reflector, "We do this for fun."
