[GreenKeys] Changing speeds on a Lorenz Lo-15b

Some parts are on order, others have already arrived.
The motor for the Lorenz has 11 spots on the back used to setting the
speed with either a tuning fork or a strobe light.
These <http://www.ebay.com/itm/301725900233> should be perfect
for reading the RPM.
495 Hz at 66 WPM and 450 Hz at 60 WPM.
I'm waiting on a spare motor to arrive so I can work out the details
without having to take my machine "off line" in the process.
The basics of the design are based on using this as a replacement for
the centrifugal switch.

Then using a reference oscillator and a divide by n counter in place of
the re-triggerable one shot. Then using a solid state relay to switch the
original series resistance in and out of the circuit for the speed control.
