[GreenKeys] ASCII <-> Baudot algorithm

Hi

Most (but not all) of the machines we now have went through a lot between the Teletype factory and
getting to our greedy hands. Adding unshift on space (and wiring it out) were very popular
things to do on a TTY over the years. The “assume nothing” approach is about the only
rational way to go. Send the data so it will print the same with or without unshift on space
enabled. That’s not just true of doing it in software ….

The same approach applies to the <CR><CR><LF> sequence at the end of each line. You can
never be sure just how fast the carnage actually returns (and stops bouncing) on the other end.
Should it need all that time? Probably not. Are there tired old machines that print better when
you do it? - yup
