[GreenKeys] Looking for some ASR32/33 Parts

Hey guys, 

I've got a couple model 32/33's I'm piecing together and am looking for the following miscellaneous bits. Both are complete enough that I don't want to cannibalize either for parts; if you have any of the following, let me know...

1. Plastic knob to advance the platen.
2. One clear "pushbutton" for the tape punch.
3. Gray knob used to select Line/Off/Local on the front panel.
4. Plastic "dowel" used to support the paper roll.
5. One clear spring-loaded paper tape guide/hold down for the reader.
