[GreenKeys] 15M rtty sig

I've got zip here Larry, SE Nebraska, but the bands are still noisy from 
the storms....S-7 noise.

If anyone wants to have some fun the BARTG 75 Baud contest is on right 
now. I see a few on 20m
but the noise is killing me.
