The rtty signal down on 21.003.7 is getting stronger.  Started out about 
half an hour ago just being hearable.  Now (1613Z) it's up to an S3, 
nice and clear  Certainly not 60 wpm stuff.  My beam, 5 el on 15 is 
pointed almost over the pole if that means anything.  MMTTY says it is 
170 shift anyway.  Don't recall having heard anything down that low over 
the years but propagation this morning after having rain off and on the 
past 48 or so hours is quite different. Signals from Northern Europe are 
strong whereas those from Spain and southern Europe which are normally 
the best, is not the case this AM.

Wonder if anyone else hears this signal?
