[GreenKeys] M28 Stopped Printing

Yup it's a vent but......if you do something silly like put full rated 
voltage on it in reverse polarity the poor little vent won't :)
If it's a big enough cap it's pretty impressive and quite messy, only 
happened to me once when I was the final test and
alignment tech on a Hy-Gain production line. New assembly girl put one 
filter cap in backwards 450v 80mfd.
