[GreenKeys] ASR-33 adjustments

My memory is not what it used to be.  I may have sent the textbook to Nick England.
I have been doing this sort of thing for the last 12 years.

I will look for the scan or re-do it and if it is too large send it to Nick otherwise be able to email 
it to who ever would like a copy.
