HI Lester:

They are. I have both the WE/TTY version and the Eagle 
Brass pump oiler with a straight spout which comes in from 
the side. These are Eagle #66. The reservoir has exactly 
the same construction, the interior pump is exactly the 
same - the only difference being the one drip spout vs. the 
normal spout and handle.  

I used my Eagle to provide a replacement for the interior
pump in my TT pump. Just unscrewed the nozzles and trigger
nut from both and transferred them from one to the other.
