Lester,

I don't know of a source for that particular can.  But suggest that you set 
up a daily search on eBay for something like antique brass oil can, vintage 
brass oil can, etc.  I was looking for a different sort of tip but 
basically the same can and found several like I wanted last year, and bought two.
