The list does not set a Reply-To: in the RFC2822 headers but a number
of posters are sending it in their headers, which most likely changes
the behavior of the MUA at the other end.

Your message (and mine before it) do not have Reply-To: headers while
the one from Gil and WA5CAB and a few others going back do each have
a Reply-To: header.

When I "Reply" to Gil's message (using Mutt), it generates a message
only to Gil, with no Cc:

	To: gil <gil at baudot.net>

When I do a "Group Reply" to Gil's message, it generates a message,

	To: gil <gil at baudot.net>

and "Cc:",

	Cc: "drlegendre ." <drlegendre at gmail.com>,
	Teletypeparts <teletypeparts at aol.com>,
	GreenKeys at mailman.qth.net

which were all of the previous responders to the thread and the list.

When I do a "Reply" to your message (which has no Reply-To: in
the RFC2822 headers), I generate,

To: Dave Horsfall <dave at horsfall.org>

with no Cc:.

And when I do "Group Reply" to your message, I generate,

To: Dave Horsfall <dave at horsfall.org>
      Cc: Greenkeys <greenkeys at mailman.qth.net>

I don't edit any headers ever and I simply choose a personal reply with
"Reply" and a group reply with "Group Reply". I'm having a hard time
thinking of a better way for it to work.

I have zero experience with any Windows MUAs or in fact any graphical
MUAs on Mac or Linux/Unix so it's entirely possible that clicking and
scrolling through things really changes the outcome.

And for that, you are a hero.
