Editing your (as in, all on this list) replies to strip out extraneous 
stuff like inline images would go a long way towards peace and harmony 
too...

I use Unix (not Windoze), and edit the headers by hand, because there's a 
lot of broken mailers out there; Yahoo for example springs to mind.
