Pretty clearly Baudot, since it has a 3 row keyboard. Also if you google for it you find that picture on the front of a PDP-4 brochure which says inside that the printer-keyboard is Teletype Model 28. Also Wikipedia says it was not commercially successful. jhhaynes at earthlink dot net
