[GreenKeys] TR parts

The TR contact block for a 32 or 33 is part #183049.  As I restore these machines I find the block broken beyond repair often.  As you know the TR and KBYD as the most prone to damage in shipping and cover removal and replacement.  

Also the 183071 wheel is a TR part that is often replaced and in fairly short supply.
