[GreenKeys] Replacement Rubber Cap for Model 33/32 ASR "hammer"

I have a gummy but largely intact original rubber hammer head on the TTY33
we're restoring here at the U of Iowa.  I have a micrometer and both inside and
outside calipers.  I could just pop (or cut) the old hammer off and measure
it, if that would help.  Being basically cylindric, with a recess in one flat end
there are not a huge number of dimensions to consider.
