After much effort and help from Steve N4TTY I have finally given up on the 
TT-100G I have here. I have found that the main fiber gear on the main shaft 
is stripped in a couple of spots and I can see that tearing that machine 
down to remove the shaft would be beyond my capabilities. To be perfectly 
honest I am not sure if I caused the problem in making adjustments or it was 
already there and I just made it worse by playing with it.

Anyway, my loss is someone else's gain. I have a tt100G that I can pull 
parts off of if someone needs them. Just let me know what you need and if I 
have it we can work something out. Just email me off list and I will see 
what I can come up with.
