[GreenKeys] FRF FSK conv. (was - Two eBay Novelties)

This "dual channel" FRF unit is just dual diversity - receiving a
single TTY signal on two antennas/receivers and then choosing the
stronger one. Pretty much the standard thing for reliable HF
radioteletype from the 1930's onward. The FRF wasn't an intercept
unit.

I believe the Soviet system you are thinking of was DFSK running two
different TTY signals on a pair of frequencies.
