[GreenKeys] TTY cover needs ID (and a new home!)

At some point over the last couple years I acquired a new old-stock
metal cover for some sort of teletype equipment.  Not sure what, but
it appears to have been far a punch with keyboard, best I can tell.

It's unfinished/primed and unused.  It's also a little bit nasty--will
need some cleaning and maybe another coat of primer for the rusty
bits.

Can anyone ID this thing?  And, if you need it, it's yours for
shipping, or I could haul it up to a hamfest (e.g., Richmond Frostfest
in February) for you!
