Which of course, triggered another random story from my time in the
Aerospace Industry.
I was invited to join Jane, our project manager and software engineer at
work for thanksgiving dinner at her place. In the process I met her son 
Alex.
While sitting at the table, she asked him if he'd like to be an engineer

her.
"Aw no mom, that's a girl job."

I have another story about Jane during a rather disruptive design review
meeting, but due to the language involved, you'll have to ask me about it.
