[GreenKeys] Collins 709D-1 FSK keyer & 706A-1 TU

Robert,

I was not aware of the differences of the AN/URA-8(*) versions. Similar 
to all the various versions of the AN/GRC-26, I guess.

I was surprised at the simple layout of the Collins 706A-1 converter, 
very few adjustments & controls.  Probably good for most commercial 
users, but not flexible enough for the military.
