[GreenKeys] Model 28ASR loop

Thanks to all in the group I was able to work out the particulars of my 
28ASR and get the line input working at the right current level to match the 
machine.

I was always used to 60ma circuits and this one is operating at 20ma so had 
to order a resistor to lower my current to the 20ma circuit.

Still more to go but hope to be on the air with it soon rather then just 
copy off the internet! :)
