I'd go for the real thing in that case, Nye 113, and not the Lubriplate
FMO-200.
Their US small-order distributor is TAI Lubricants.

That company's on-line store lists NyOil and NyOil II but not Nye 113.
They have an ASK TAI on-line contact form, so the obvious thing to do
is ask them first.
I ordered a bottle of Starrett 1620.
And in answer to other questions, yes, I am working on doing the same
research for KS7471 grease. The specs I've found for that are much
less explicit, but I have a lead. I'll update the web page to include
both the oil and grease, when I get that far.
And, about adding STP to it, Lubriplate FMO-200 is available with
anti-wear additives as FMO-200 AW. That's the variant that's most
commonly available from distributors. Amazon has a listing for 4
one gallon jugs for $151.12 with free shipping. That's about $37
per gallon.
