[GreenKeys] EXTEL printer tagged with REUTERS logo manuals and data needed

Picked up an EXTEL  printer  tagged  with REUTERS  logo  ..  this is  for 
the  "tools of the  journalist" display over at the university.
 
need  history and background on these and   any manuals  or  scans and 
copies and of  course any interesting horror  stories  were these ASCII or  
Baudot?  I guess    this  has a bad bet as noted....  would be  fun to fire it!
