[GreenKeys] New PDP-8 restoration project

Last Thursday, I started a project to restore a PDP-8 computer to operational condition
here at the University of Iowa.  The Teletype Model 33 ASR that came with this machine
is in battered condition, with a paper-tape reader that is hanging by its wires and may
not be reparable.  I've done a photographic survey of the system as it now stands.

of Friday's update.  There's also a Tally high speed tape reader, so even if we never
get the Teletype's reader working, we should be able to read tape (and I have
another rack-mount reader on hand if that one fails.)
