Cory,

The critical dimensions are:
- The pitch - distance from the "front" of one tooth to the front of the next: measure 10 or 20 and divide to be accurate.  Or count teeth on a pulley and divide into the calculated circumference
- The width of the belt
- The length.  Possibly best  measured by counting the teeth and multiplying by an accurate pitch.  For a busted one just measure the length.
