[GreenKeys] Teletype Model 33 prices

For a long time everything Teletype made had one price: the price paid by
anyone was the same as the price paid by Western Electric. There were
no quantity discounts. I guess the reason for this was that Western
Electric bought so much stuff from Teletype - about 50% of the annual
production - that there was no cost advantage to large orders over small
orders.

After TWX was sold to Western Union in 1969 the volume of Bell System
purchases must have decreased quite a bit; but the pricing policy
continued. I don't remember when it happened, but was probably sometime
in the 1970s that Teletype instituted a more typical pricing system
with discounts for larger quantity orders. (Must have been after 1978
since that 1978 price list does not mention quantity pricing.)
