Vermont Vocational Rehabilitation had a bunch around the state. 32 KSR's at 60 WPM. I was on tap to fix them, but never had one break down.
When I started in the TTY business in VT there was a 15 KSR w/acoustic coupler and large red light on the wall directly across the street from me on 2nd floor. Not sure how they got it up there. Never worked on that one either.

There was also an attempt to get the price new down on these too for the Deaf Community....as teletypes were not just a hobby for them.... it was communications survival.... There was also at a point when the used units were kind of scarce a pretty heated competition for these used units between the Deaf community and the radio folk...

The 32ASR was considered "inexpensive" enough that some
well-heeled Hams were buying them new. They were under
$1,000, probably less than a very good used 28ASR at the time.
