[GreenKeys] Teletype Traffic

That FSK signal has been there for 45 years that I know of.  Kind of odd 
that it's still there. Earlier this year it was gone but it came back. 
Military still using slow speed data signals?

For a while it was splattering below 4.000.

Separately, there is a very wide noise signal that covers from about 
3.885 to 4.020. It is a series of noise bursts that repeats about once a 
second. The very good noise blanker in my Drake R-4C lessens but does 
not remove it. I know it is not  local as I hear it in recordings of the 
Liberty Net on 3.995 but it is audible here (NE Ohio) at all times of day.

Does anyone know more about either of these?
