[GreenKeys] 45 Baud on a USB converter INFORMATION

As mentioned by someone, most USB-serial adapters don’t go below 300 baud.  You want to look at John Nagle’s site, see link below.  He has a
good application and explanation on it, and also illustrates the procedure to re-program it.  The adapter is available directly from Silicon Labs, and
Mouser Electronics, Mouser part number 634-CP2102EK, and other places as well I assume.  I’ve used the device with both Windows XP and 
Windows 7 with no problems.  Out of curiosity, I tried to see how slow it would go, and it was around 7 or 8 baud I think.
