[GreenKeys] Creed 444 punch problem

Pete Pennington, G4EGQ has contacted me with a punch problem:

"I have two 444 tape punches with the same fault.
The paper tape moves but no holes are punched(not even the sprocket 
hole) . I can't spot what the problem is. Can you point me to any one 
who may be able to advise?"

The printers are ones he looks after as a volunteer at Dover Castle.
