[GreenKeys] Low-level and High-level TTY conversion

What a great list! - Thanks to Duncan, Jim, George, Jack, Jeff, etc. for
helpful info. I'll pass along the recommendations. If anyone in the
Portland OR area is interested, I'm sure the USS Blueback crew would
appreciate help getting their TTY gear on the air. Let me know and I'll
give you contact info.
