[GreenKeys] KLI gear retainer part needed - fixed!

Finding a replacement part didn't look to promising, so I started to
think about ways to lock the maingear to the driveshaft.

First thought was to put some setscrews through the gear hub into the
grooves in the mainshaft, but then I realized that the setscrews would
be inside the gear housing and difficult to tighten!

Next idea was to make something similar to the drive key. I took a
piece of electric-fence wire ( ~0.080" dia steel wire) and did some
forming adjustments on it. It works great!

I fired up the printer and started printing ITTY. At first it was just
garble, but after a minute or so it loosened up and was printing fine.
Weird to see all the special weather figures for the upper case characters.

Now I just need a new ribbon and get the new Heavy Metal running so I
can print some weather data.

Have fun,

Duncan
