Hello All;

I've gotten some comments (and flak) on this, Unless someone can
really taunt me well, this is my final entry...

Just to make a few final comments:

o The transaction was handled via e-mail. There was no contract, just
a simple agreement that "I'll take the pictures of your wedding for
$900, and then we'll go over which pictures you want (some/all) and
go over the price for that".

o This was my wedding, for goodness sakes - not an inauguration or
a NFL / Major League Baseball taping. He took some pictures, which
to pretty much everyone else in the world, would be worthless. Gimme
a break on the "intellectual property" baloney!

o In this digital age, I don't see any reason to own a set of prints of
anything when you can store them digitally, make collages and such,
which, if you periodically refresh the digital information, will never
deteriorate and can be saved in several places so if your house burns
down, they don't go with it. Once a year, on our anniversary, we put
the DVD into the player, pop open a bottle of champagne, and watch.

UE,
W6ESE - tony

Tony J. Podrasky | When I die, I'd like to go peacefully.
                  | In my sleep. Like my grandfather.
                  | Not screaming.
                  | Like the passengers in his car.
