In case anyone is interested...  there are some manuals up on ebay, but all are pretty expensive in my opinion. I put an offer in on this one:

The seller wrote back:
"Listed at $85. I would probably not go under $35-40 at this time. 13%+ fees on everything hit us hard as well as labor, boxes for 3 lb item, etc. Thanks for offer"

Seller did not seem unfriendly, but I'm not sure I understand: labor? boxes? For a teletype manual?? Use the free box from the post office! 13% fees. Wow - eBay charges a lot for fees I guess.

I'll stick with my electronic copies.
