Since it refers to 2A, it is most likely what Teletype called a Model 14.
Western Union Telegraph made extensive use of the tape-strip printer
which they called 2B and Teletype called Model 14. I have a W.U.
preliminary specification dated 1924 describing the simplex tape printers
1-B (Kleinschmidt) and 2-A (Morkrum). Will send you a copy.
I'm not sure what the difference is between the 2-A and the 2-B that they
later bought in quantity.
