[GreenKeys] TT-50 and other military 14/15/19s 24 volt motor?

The only DC Teletype Corp. machine that I have ever seen is the
military version of the Model 31, the TT-30/AGA-1. It has a 24VDC s-g
motor and a 250VDC dynamotor on the same shaft, so it generated the DC
voltage for the fsk converter & tty loop. From the manual, it looks like
it was originally designed for aircraft &/or mobile applications. Later
they put in a synchronous motor, put a handle on the top, and sold it as
a "portable." The M31 printed on tape and used some M14/15 parts, but
had a M28 keyboard.

I think some of the MITE machines were available in 28VDC.

In Viet-Nam (1967) we had AN/GRC-46 HF radioteletype shelters that ran
on 24VDC. The radios were 24VDC powered and then there were
motor-generators to produce 120VAC to run the Kleinschmidt
teletypewriters (TT-98 & TT-76) and crypto gear (KW-7).

I've never heard of any TTY equipment that ran on 32VDC.

Have fun,
