[GreenKeys] TT-50 and other military 14/15/19s 24 volt motor?

Does anyone know if there were governed motors for 14/15/19 machines 
that ran on 24 or 32 volts DC ?  In addition to miltary installations, 
there were marine and railroad applications where 32 volts was the main 
power.
