Hi Eric,

The keylever has a small thin spot on the right side.  When the key top is turned either clock wise or counterclockwise (9 or 3 o'clock) one of the two indentations on the bottom of the keytop will line up with that thin portion.  You put you index finger under the right side and pop it off.  When you are ready to put it back on make sure the two indentations are not distorted (you can tweak them a bit with a pair of needle-nose pliers) then hook the left side of the keytop over the left side of the keylever in that same 9 or 3 o'clock and snap the right side down... then turn the keytop until it is correctly oriented.  It is important to make sure you have ahold of the complete keytop and not just the spring-loaded cap... you do not want to separate the keytop.  I guess my son could make a short video clip on how it is done.  After all, everything is easy once you know how.

Also, any suggestions on how to remove the keycaps and replace them in the right
orientation? 

Pleased to find the TD reads both chadded and chadless tape perfectly....
