[GreenKeys] tape splicers and splicing?

Howdy gang - I just acquired a Teletype tape splicer (37212) which uses
adhesive splicing patches (37325) which have all holes punched. Does anyone
know of a source of these patches? Or thoughts about how to create some?

Also what is the model number for the splicer that splices by sandwiching
chadless tapes together via interlocking chad? was this a Teletype model 1?
