[GreenKeys] Follow up: Solid State TD

Based on the interest level, might have had a decent idea for a change.
I'm in the process of a formal write-up and will send it out soon. 
Just to be clear, this is a design I whipped up on the fly and all I'm
offering is a schematic and design intent/theory of operation. If someone
with more time want to lay out and offer a PC board or kit, thats great.
Same goes if someone wants to put it on their website.
