[GreenKeys] Teletype ribbon reverse

To be clear, all teletypewriters made by Teletype Corp (at least M28 &
older) use an eyelet near the end of the ribbon to push an arm next to
the ribbon spool to reverse. If your ribbon doesn't have a eyelet, just
tie a knot in the end of the ribbon - works fine!

Teletypewriters made by Kleinschmidt for the military (eg TT-4, TT-98,
TT-76, etc) had a special ribbon spool with a hole on the inside where
an arm sensed lack of ribbon. Since these ribbon spool assys are no
longer available, you must keep the old Kleinschmidt spool and wind a
new ribbon on to it.

Have fun,
