[GreenKeys] Teletype ribbon reverse

Hey Richard & al;

AFAIK every Teletype machine you might have a chance of owing
uses the eyelets.

I once bought a box of ribbons and found out that they didn't
have eyelets - so I put a 4-40 screw thru the ribbon and tightened
a 4-40 nut onto it. Worked fine.
