[GreenKeys] Creed Model 7 teleprinter technical info

I was in correspondence with a fellow list member who hopes to get a 
Creed Model 7 teleprinter working in a recreatioin of WWII comms by US 
forces in Europe.

I realised that although I have full technical manuals for Creed model 
75 (the one with the bobbing type sleeve print head) and the 444 (the 
later type basket model, made  under licence from Teletype I believe) I 
didn't have much on the Model 7.

To remedy that I have scanned the relevant pages from the RSGB 
Teleprinter Handbook, by Alan Hobbs, Eric Yeomanson and Dr Gee. It looks 
like a straight lift from the Creed official manual.

I hope this is helpful to anyone trying to get one working.
