[GreenKeys] greenkeys list content survey

I like the list as it is. Off topic msgs don't really get in the way and 
don't bother me. Not uncommonly they are interesting anyway. I agree on 
the digest, worse than useless. I would not want to move to a phpbb or 
anything else. Email lists are old but not tired at all.
