[GreenKeys] UPI TELETYPE CONVERT WIN7 TEXT TO RTTY

I have the old, standard UPI machine. It is fully functional and has a custom made converter box attached to it. I would very much like to be able to create documents on my computer and then have them print on the teletype. I have downloaded the  Heavy Metal program, but then read that it may only be compatible with Windows through Windows ME . I am using Win7 along with office 2010 programs.
Will the program I downloaded work with that OS and if not , are there some tips that will allow it to function?
Also, as I said I downloaded the .zip file but wonder if the banner noting a “stand alone” version is what I downloaded.
If you know it will work with my OS and products, I will try to set it up this weekend and get the old beast rumbling. 

I rescued it years ago when, as a TV News Director UPI decided to change over to the very annoying “zippppp” machines. The local rep agreed to let me have one if I was willing to pick it up at a warehouse on a Sunday morning. I was and did. In the warehouse were thousands of machines simply piled like mountains getting ready to be carted away and sold for scrap. Been holding on to it ever since. 
I really can’t wait to get it going again.
