[GreenKeys] Typing block alignment

Just wondering if there is a method of aligning the typing block on a
28. When my 28 is printing the letters do not fully imprint on the
paper. At first I thought it was because the ribbon was going dry, but
I replaced the ribbon and after a "printing session" the letters are a
lot darker and bolder but not fully imprinted at the tops of the
characters.

Upon inspection I noticed that when looking down at the block it is
not exactly parallel to the ribbon.... not much, but just a little bit
and I do believe that is the problem..... I have another printing unit
to look at and that one clearly shows the misalignment. I do not have
any manuals, so outside of just applying some muscle to the situation
(which I guess might not be the answer) I thought I would ask.
