[GreenKeys] MFJ-496 Super Keyboard II

I received one of these "Super Keyboards" today.  It was missing the  
AFSK module, the TTY Current module, and the Power Supply.
It also did not come with a manual.  I had a new MFJ-54 TTY Current  
module for 3 years now and installed it in the keyboard.
I hope to eventually find the AFSK module, but my most pressing need  
is for a manual with schematic.
I have searched the web without any results.  Can any of you help?
