     I want to thank all those who responded to my question. 
I still don't know what this is but its obviously of some 
interest.  I wonder if its possible its SITOR; I am not sure 
what SITOR sounds like.  This has the typical jingle-bells 
sound of RTTY but its 850 hz shift and I think SITOR is not.
