     I think you can find what you want at:

Look for the 5th edition of _Reference Data for Radio 
Engineers_  at the bottom of the General Engineering 
section.  The book has charts on P.844 and 845 showing both 
the codes and keyboard charts.  It has code for 7-unit 
Teletype, 5-unit CCIT 2, and ARQ 7-unit Moore code (used by 
RCA).
     The opposite page has the upper case character chart 
for 10 different codes.  It does not have the weather code. 
I have that penciled in to my copy but am not sure the 
special characters can be sent via computer.
     AFAIK, all the stuff on Pete's site are in public 
domain.
