Well, an almost identical table does indeed appear on p. 10 of Freebody.
Here's a photograph of that page:

But if you compare it to the table at:

it isn't quite the same.  In particular, look at the line formatting
on the second footnote.  This wouldn't matter at all if one were
just looking for data, but the question had to do with finding the
literal source.

It would be reasonable, I would think, to conclude that Freebody
copied this table (which contains pretty standard information) 
from some other source, and that the literal image in Hobbs' paper
comes from some source other than Freebody.

(Unless there was an edition of Freebody other than this 1958 one
and that edition was typeset differently.)

This may end up helping your author, since the 1958 edition of Freebody
will be in copyright in the US until 2053 and in the UK until 75 years
after Freebody's death.
